Where? The Old Coastguard Hotel.
What? An ale and music festival
The Old Coastguard’s family friendly summer festival, Ale & Anchor, takes place this year from 29 June – 1 July.
Ale & Anchor will open on Friday evening at 7pm with the Mousehole Male Voice Choir. Afterwards the festival will showcase Cornish bands and musicians including Odd Folk, The Extraordinarily Ordinary Gents, Biere de Luxe, and The Oggy Men.
Alongside the non-stop music there will be traditional garden games, face painting, story telling, mask and hat making each day. On Saturday afternoon there will be a puppet making workshop by Mae Voodg. On Sunday afternoon, the Kernow King will perform and Anna De Vere will be taking a children’s yoga class on Sunday afternoon.
