This Easter, The Lanesborough’s beautiful Michelin-starred restaurant is being transformed into a Narnia-like experience for families, complete with a wonderland of tunnels, foliage and flowers courtesy of Nikki Tibbles of Wild at Heart. Children can hunt for Easter eggs in the magical woodland, which will be filled with real lawn and meadow grasses, rabbit tunnels and rope strings. On top of the hidden chocolate, Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium will be providing an enticing pudding table of cakes, cupcakes and chocolate lollipops. There will also be face painting and arts and crafts from NOTORiOUS KiDS, as well as goodie bags from children’s outfitters La Stupenderia to continue the fun at home. Meanwhile parents can sit back and relax with a glass of bubbly and some afternoon tea afternoon tea canapés on the raised balcony of Céleste. Perfection!
Perched next to Hyde Park, The Lanesborough is one of London’s most iconic hotels. It’s majestic restaurant, Céleste, is headed up by Chef Patron, Éric Frechon, who oversees the menu from sister hotel Le Bristol in Paris – and holds a not-too-shabby total of 5 Michelin stars.
