What?

On the weekend of August 23^rd, travel to Portsmouth for Victorious Festival, a family-friendly festival with music, comedy, literacy, food and drink. Here are some music highlights:

Aside from the rich music line up, there’s so much more to do. Hear up close and personal sets whilst sitting on a hay bale at the acoustic stage area, listen to DJs whilst sipping on bubbly at the Southsea Castle Champagne bar, discover new talents at the seaside stage arena, hear spoken word and take part in workshops such as Tai-Chi and drumming at the world music village. There’s also a kids arena, a market full of independent traders selling handmade goods, arts, crafts and food, and a craft beer village with copious amounts of beer to be enjoyed whilst listening to indie, folk and cover bands. Plus, there’s also a tent just for beats and swing music, and a comedy tent for good measure.
