Nestled in the heart of the City – just steps from Bank and the Tower of London – Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square is the city’s most opulent address, with the decadent La Dame de Pic to match. Awarded two Michelin stars in the 2022 guide and dreamed up by Anne-Sophie Pic – who holds a total of 10 stars across her restaurants – the kitchen is led by the creative Evens Lopez and his team. Expect the likes of Cornish Mackerel served two ways with Douglas Fir, lactic vinaigrette and brassica ribbons, delightfully gamey Guinea Fowl, and masterful desserts, enveloped by palatial decor and genuine warmth emanating from waitstaff and sommeliers. Rossellini’s Restaurant at Palazzo Avino
The absolutely beautiful (and pink) 12-century palace, Palazzo Avino is a five-star hotel on Italy’s Amalfi coast. Les Belles Perdrix Restaurant at Château Troplong Mondot
A Premier Grand Cru Classé wine estate, Château Troplong Mondot in Bordeaux is not only a leader in luxury wine tourism and sustainable wine making, it also features a Michelin starred restaurant along with boutique accommodation. This two Michelin star restaurant in East London’s Town Hall Hotel is brought to you by Chef Rafael Cagali, who has previously worked at Fat Duck and Fera at Claridge’s. Gusto by Sadler at Baglioni Resort Sardinia
The restaurant, which launched last summer, can be founded within the Baglioni Resort Sardinia and its four hectare private estate in the Tavolara Marine Protected Area on Sardinia’s north-east coast. Created by Chef Claudio Sadler, this eatery garnered a Michelin star within nine months of opening, with a menu that merges Sardinian regional cuisine with a contemporary flair. Highlights include lorighittas pasta (unique to the island) with Sardinian lamb ragout, tuna carpaccio and pan-fried shellfish with courgette flowers. For those who want an even more special experience, there’s also a seven-course tasting menu available.

The first and only South American outpost by famed chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, you’ll find it in São Paulo’s Palácio Tangará, an urban oasis in the heart of the city. Awarded its first Michelin star less than six months after opening, Le Royal at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa is led by Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland. He is a firm believer in using only organic produce and so, works closely with local suppliers – meat is delivered daily from local farmers and herbs are harvested within the grounds from his own kitchen gardens. Plus, the hotel’s Head Sommelier pairs each dish with a perfectly matched cuvée every month. The restaurant is located in the grand Royal Ballroom, set beneath a gold-leafed ceiling and decorated by portraits of the women who influenced Napoleon’s life (he was a frequent visitor of the coaching inn).
