Fairmont St Andrews Competition

A newly added adventure, guests will explore the rugged beauty of Scotland’s East coast with a celestial overnight experience at Fairmont St Andrews, where guests are guided to a secluded observation dome to explore the wonders of the evening sky. Through a state-of-the-art telescope, constellations, distant planets, and deep-sky phenomena come vividly into view against the dramatic cliffs and endless expanse of the North Sea. The evening continues with an intimate culinary journey, as a private chef presents a seasonal menu inspired by Scotland’s finest ingredients under the starlight. Back at the property, guests can continue stargazing from their own balcony, accompanied by a celestial-inspired sparkling cocktail and rare Scottish whisky paired with local confections, offering a final indulgent moment beneath the stars.
