Belinda Bamber is a freelance contributor who writes C&TH's BiblioFile books column, the Book Club Author Q&A, book reviews and main interviews. She also covers travel and wellness. A Cambridge graduate, she started out in journalism as a staff writer for The Architect's Journal and went on to specialise in houses, gardens and design for a wide range of US and UK media, including the Financial Times, House & Garden, Country Living and House Beautiful. Since then, she has written about a broad range of subjects, from eco hotels to erotica, for magazines from Monocle to Nylon. She's an experienced copy editor, having worked for UK journals such as The Oldie as well as with individual published authors. She is books editor of Perspective. She has studied for several CPD post-graduate qualifications, including a diploma at the Architectural Association and a masters at the University of London in Paris.
