Kirsty Nutkins
Kirsty Nutkins is a freelance journalist with extensive experience writing interviews and features for national publications, including The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, Marie Claire, Daily Mail Weekend magazine and Platinum. Previously, she served as Associate Editor across the weekend magazines for the Daily Express, Daily Star, Daily Mirror and Sunday People. It was while working on the Daily Express supplements that she put in charge of writing and commissioning the travel pages – one of the most incredible privileges, which allowed her to review everything from luxurious private island resorts in the Indian Ocean to unique experiences like snowmobiling and deep sea fishing. She continues to write travel features for numerous national publications, including Country & Town House. In addition, Kirsty is an experienced copywriter, with a diverse range of commercial clients – from luxury brands and tour operators to medical companies and clinics. And in the past three years, she has carved out a niche writing on the subject of fertility and pregnancy loss, following a long battle to have a baby herself, which included multiple miscarriages and rounds of IVF. She is now a copywriter for the London Egg Bank, has penned articles for Fertility Road magazine and is a judging panel member for the Fertility Care Awards, organised by The European Fertility Society.
