Win A Three-Night Stay At Forte Village Resort Sardinia

Forte Village is a luxury family resort in Southern Sardinia. The resort’s crowning glory is the pristine white coastline which is sheltered by mountains – making it ideal for bathing, snorkelling and a host of other water sports.

There are many different types of accommodation hidden amongst the 50 hectares of beautiful gardens on the sandy coastline, offering something for everyone.  

The Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa has long been renowned as a pioneer of thalassotherapy, a specialised treatment which harnesses the power of salt water to cleanse, soothe and revitalise the skin and body, as well as to improve circulation and muscle tone.  

The Thalassotherapy six-pool circuit uses different gradations of temperature and varying concentrations of magnesium and sodium salt in the water to target a particular state of the body. The journey starts in the first pool with the highest concentrations of magnesium salt and saline density, which starts to soothe joints and muscles at 38°. At the same temperature, the second pool offers alfresco aromatherapy with a saline and herbal mixture of sea oil, aloe and mint.

The seawater in the third pool intensifies a high detox eliminating toxins, its private location allowing for floating massages. The synergy between water and air pressure in the fourth pool helps tone muscles, as well as having an anti-swelling and draining effect. The last two pools offer lower temperatures of around 32° and 25° to help regulate body temperatures.
