Newbury Racecourse’s biggest ever summer of music is underway with 15,500 fans enjoying a double-header from BRIT-Award nominated artists Sophie Ellis-Bextor & Ella Henderson on Saturday 19 July. Next, back-to-back concerts light up one spectacular August weekend with Björn Again performing ABBA’s greatest hits on Friday 15 August, before electronic chart icons Clean Bandit take to the stage live after racing on Saturday 16 August as part of Visit Malta Hungerford Day.
BRIT award winning troubadour James Bay closes Newbury’s biggest ever summer as part of Dubai Duty Free International Weekend on Saturday 20 September, with a show marking the 10th anniversary of his multi-million selling debut album, ‘Chaos & The Calm’.
Those in attendance at this summer’s music racedays can enjoy action-packed flat races, a range of festival-style food and drink, free entertainment for all the family as well as the small matter of a full headline concert performance.
