The Old War Office was once home to legends. Today, Raffles London at The OWO is an epic stage for modern tastemakers. Located in the heart of Whitehall, this magnificent Grade II* Edwardian Baroque building, completed in 1906, overlooks some of London’s most majestic landmarks. Its commanding walls have hosted many well-known historical figures such as Sir Winston Churchill, Lord Haldane, Earl Kitchener, John Profumo, and were the inspiration behind Ian Fleming’s elusive James Bond. Fleming himself was a regular visitor, and several 007 film scenes have been shot on location here. With its rich association with spies and espionage, the building also played host to MI5 and MI6 throughout the 20th century.

Following a monumental transformation and meticulous restoration, it is now home to Raffles London at The OWO, offering a range of rooms, suites and private residences, nine destination restaurants, and three bars.
