With so many spectacular skyscrapers popping up in the capital, there’s no single development that can claim to offer the very best views – but if it really came down to it, Westminster Tower might just take the cake. Perched on the banks of the Thames, a stone’s throw from Westminster station and St James’s Park, it’s perfectly positioned to frame the entire London skyline.

The tower itself previously served as an office building until award-winning developer London Square secured planning permission to transform it into a collection of ultra-luxurious homes. The revamped skyscraper – which is set to be completed in 2026 – will consist of just 28 residences arranged across 17 storeys, plus two jaw-dropping penthouses.

According to London Square, the interior design will ‘draw inspiration from the mesmerising riverside setting, seamlessly blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary elegance.’ But there will be far more to explore than just the apartments, of course: future residents can enjoy five-star hotel-style amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness suite, a private cinema room, and multiple lounges areas, plus a 24-hour concierge service.
