Head to Café Pacifico who’ve collaborated with Jose Cuervo to create a limited edition margarita menu consisting of the Kombucha Margarita, the Cuervo Tradicional, and the Cuervo Tradicional Watermelon Margarita. They’ll only be on the menu for a week from 18th February, so we recommend getting down ASAP. Plus, if you want a money-free margarita, head there at 4 pm and be one of the first 30 people there – then, you’ll get a free margarita! Mexican restaurant Ella Canta is putting on margarita masterclasses, hosted at the 5-star Intercontinental Park Lane. Guests will be taught how to make the tasty tequila cocktail, as well as being treated to Mexican delicacies such as tostadas, guacamole, quesadillas and mezcal. 22 & 28th February from 6.30pm. Perfect Patrón Margarita
Recipe
- 45ml Patrón Silver tequila
- 15ml Patrón Citronge Orange
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 7ml Simple Syrup
- Lime wedge for garnish
- Kosher salt (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel
