Take a Free Meditation Class at Re:Mind Studio

Today marks the launch of Re:Mind Studio, a drop-in meditation studio and eco-lifestyle store. Re:Mind Studio works off of a drop-in basis. After their initial week of free classes (until 23 February), pricing will be as follows: First time class – £10; Drop-in class – £22; 5 class pack – £100; 10 class pack – £180; 20 class pack – £300; New client unlimited membership – 2 week – £35; Unlimited monthly membership – £150.

The studio offers eight class types.

Re:Store – a relaxing experience where participants are guided through breathing exercises, gentle restorative poses and a meditation.

Re:Breathe – an energising class that focuses on awareness of breath and bringing participants into the present moment.

Re:Aim – a class with focus on good intentions, from healthy eating to spreading kindness.

Re:Tune – the sound of mantra charms the mind – an effortless meditation experience.

Re:Start – a complimentary beginners class.

Re:Sound – sound healing meditation: gong, crystal bowls or other instruments.

Re:Heal – healing meditation based on Reiki healing, Rahanni Celestial Healing or other healing traditions.

Re:Connect – a group ceremony.

Re:Wild – a session turned to reconnecting with nature.

The studio provides a quiet, zen space for the personal practice of regular meditators. Additional services will also include sound baths, workshops, lectures and community events. With a dedicated zero-waste policy, no plastic or disposable materials will be used at the studio. Each product sold in the studio store features a description regarding from where exactly it comes.
