Recipe: Earth Day Martini
Ingredients
- 40ml Sapling Vodka
- 25ml Midori
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml Agave Syrup
- 10ml Aquafaba
- 5 Fresh basil Leaf
Method
- Add the Sapling vodka, Midori, Agave, 5 basil leaves, Aquafaba and lime juice into a Boston glass.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds.
- Add Cubed ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Double strain into the chilled Nick & Nora glass.
Serve in a Nick & Nora Glass with an Earth day Edible paper topper.
