Head chef Gabor Katona creates seasonal menus featuring locally sourced and homegrown produce, some from the kitchen garden on the Watkins’ Ballingham Hall farm. The Saturday night five-course tasting menu is very popular with guests and locals, as is the traditional Sunday roast.
