Pupils at Taunton School, Somerset, achieved a 100% pass rate and the school’s best-ever average scores. Out of a possible 45 points, Head Boy Daniel Travers received outstanding full marks with the others in hot pursuit.
The IB Diploma has been established for over 50 years with Taunton School being one of the first in the south-west to set up their IB programme in 2007.
IB Coordinator Adrian Roberts, says: ‘I’m absolutely thrilled that after 14 years, our excellent results continue and that once again our students have achieved outstanding scores.’
He added, ‘this is a demanding course and I am incredibly proud of all our students who have worked so hard and faced the challenges of this difficult year with such resilience.’
