- Fight the Winter Blues with Oitoo Fitness, 23 February: An oasis in the heart of the city, the Secret Garden at South Place Hotel is the ideal spot for relaxing. Shake off the winter blues with their wellness workshop, featuring yoga, strength and flexibility classes guided by Oitoo Fitness, followed by a delectable detox brunch designed by head chef of South Place Chop House Guy Betteridge. £90pp, book here
- Seedlip Pairing Menu at Angler, until 15 February: Attempting Dry January this year? Head to South Place Hotel’s Michelin-starred seafood restaurant Angler, who have launched a non-alcoholic pairing menu for January in collaboration with sober drinks company Seedlip. Dishes include a starter of Cornish mackerel tartare, oyster cream, apple and shisho, which will be paired with a sweet and sour short drink made up of Seedlip Garden 108, shisho vinegar, lime juice and apple juice. For mains it’s Cornish red gurnard with spiced pumpkin and buttermilk paired with a refreshing long drink of homemade pumpkin juice infused with ginger vinegar and Seedilp spice.£50pp, visit anglerrestaurant.com
