Plastic Clever Schools is a youth-led movement to reduce single-use plastics. Young people care deeply about the environment and are some of the most passionate and effective advocates for our planet. Plastic Clever Schools empowers and inspires young people like never before to drive real change in their school community.

More than 480 primary schools are already on their journey to become plastic-waste-free with Plastic Clever Schools. Now they are launching brand new resources for 11 – 16-year-olds so that even more young people can be empowered to make a plastic-waste-free future a reality.

This event is organised by Common Seas which is a social enterprise tackling the plastic pollution crisis by driving new policy, investing in the circular economy, and catalysing a cultural shift in how we make, use and dispose of plastic. Its mission is to quickly and significantly reduce the amount of plastic produced and stop it from polluting our rivers and seas.
