Jeremy Clarkson has a new farmhand
The trailer for season 4 of Clarkson’s Farm landed last week, giving fans a sneak peek at the latest happenings on Diddly Squat farm. Of course Jeremy Clarkson features, alongside his girlfriend Lisa Hogan – but this time, there’s a new face joining the crew, Harriet Cowan. So what do we know about the show’s new farmhand? And will she be replacing fan favourite Kaleb Cooper?
Who Is Harriet Cowan?
Harriet Cowan is a 24-year-old nurse and farmer starring in series 4 of Clarkson’s Farm. She has been brought in to temporarily replace Kaleb Cooper as Clarkson’s assistant on the farm, who is currently on a tour. ‘I want to make it plain that I am absolutely thrilled to bits for Kaleb, but he has left me a little in the lurch,’ says Clarkson, adding, ‘while Kaleb is away, I’m going to need a hand.’
The trailer then cuts to a job interview with Cowan, in which Clarkson asks Cowan if she’s seen Clarkson’s Farm. She nods at first, before admitting she actually hasn’t. But it seems she gets the job nonetheless – and Clarkson describes her as ‘brilliant.’
Cowan, who grew up helping her dad Eddy on the farm, has shared the series trailer to her personal Instagram, along with the caption: ‘Something exciting is coming on the 23rd of may 🎉 #clarksonsfarm @primevideouk’. She’s already got over 37k followers on her TikTok page, on which she shares videos of farm life.

Has Kaleb Cooper Left Diddly Squat Farm?
Cooper has long been part of the draw of Clarkson’s Farm, but he had to take some time out from the show to embark on a one-man tour about UK farming. However, it looks like he’s not gone for too long, as he reappears towards the end of the season 4 trailer.
