Lodha and Studio Lodha have launched three fully-furnished show apartments

As the summer sizzles on, we’ve all started scrambling abroad for a hit of European sun, culture and design. With Studio Lodha’s new triptych of fully furnished apartments, however, you can become immersed in European art and luxury all year round.

Inside A Brand New Apartment At Holland Park Gate

Who doesn’t want to enjoy a bit of European culture from the comfort of their own living room? The new apartments at Holland Park Gate – spearheaded by super prime developer Lodha and its interior design practice, Studio Lodha – promise to offer residents that very luxury. Originally from France and now a London local, the group’s creative director, Blandine de Navacelle, showcases a refined European style which blends timeless elegance with modern sophistication. You can expect antiques, curated artworks, custom joinery and distinctive fabrics, many of which have been personally sourced by de Navacelle during her travels.

Housed in the old cinema (known as The Kensington Kinema), the development contains 71 apartments offering between one and four bedrooms. Those wishing to reside in the much sought after location can enjoy a Piero Lissoni designed health club and spa including a 25m pool, gym, private treatment rooms, dining room, and library. The development will also include a restaurant, a boutique cinema and flexible working space. Meanwhile, the courtyard at the centre of the property is designed by internationally renowned landscape architect Andy Sturgeon, and will be planted to encourage biodiversity.

While each apartment is bestowed with its own unique character and design, Residence 76 is celebrated as one of the standout homes. Located on the top corner of the left arch, it features a gold-detailed console table custom-made by Studio Lodha, while the living room highlights unique pieces from renowned Parisian gallery Galerie Glustin, including a stone console and metal coffee table. Contemporary artworks such as Gabriele Cappelli’s ‘Composition 447’ and Terrell James’ ‘Cleft’ feature throughout the living and bedroom spaces, intertwining art with design.

Priced at £11.25m, the three bedroom apartment features a work-from-home space nestled within the spacious corridor. Custom blue veneer joinery maximizes the corner space, and is complemented by an antique-finish mirror that adds depth and light to the corridor.

The upcoming apartments (64 and 65) will be priced at £12.95m and £7.45m respectively.

‘Kensington is one of my favourite areas in London, and so it has been a pleasure to work on the light-filled residences at Holland Park Gate,’ says designer Blandine de Navacelle. ‘While each apartment has its own unique character, my vision was deeply inspired by European design, drawing on my experiences and expertise to incorporate bespoke wall panelling and a curated mix of antiques and recognisable, designer pieces. My goal is for residents to feel a sense of calm and comfort as they step into their home, while also being inspired by the creative details and custom elements woven into each space.’
