Hosted within the stunning surrounds of Hotel Café Royal, this event brings together two-Michelin-starred Alex Dilling and Rafael Cagali of Da Terra for an extraordinary collaborative menu featuring four courses – each telling its own story of creativity, seasonality, and technique.
This event is part of the Future of Food Festival, running from 15–21 September 2025 across Regent Street and St James’s and supported by The Crown Estate. Over the course of the week, the festival will present 23 exclusive events – from immersive masterclasses and innovative On-Street Feasts to inspiring talks with pioneering chefs and food innovators. Championing sustainability through eco-conscious drinks, zero-waste menus, and inventive culinary experiences, the festival also supports The Felix Project in the fight against food waste and hunger.
Visitors can explore the free Discovery Zone hub, featuring interactive exhibits and tastings that showcase how food can help restore the planet, alongside exclusive dining offers from participating restaurants across the destination.
