Now's the time to take a breather and prepare for a new astrological year

With a very busy February finally winding down, our attention is on the month ahead. Now on the cusp of spring, we’re ready to welcome March with open arms. Tetiana Tsvil, an astrologer and spiritual advisor at Nebula, shares her horoscope predictions for March 2026.

Dates To Keep In Mind This Month

It’s a slightly rocky start to the month, says Tetiana: ‘We kick off the month with a full moon in Virgo on 3 March, which wraps up eclipse season and brings the themes of the past two weeks to a head.’ She warns that ’emotions may feel heightened: anxiety and irritability can increase, conflicts may flare up, and old grievances can resurface. Impulsivity – and the risk of sharp clashes – may be higher.

‘This is a time for reflection, not knee-jerk reactions. It can help to look at what your recent decisions have led to and use that insight to plan the next six months. Channel extra energy into work, movement, and practical tasks, and avoid rushing major decisions.’

Later in month, from 7 to 15 March, Jupiter stations as it comes out of retrograde. ‘You may notice delays or the need to revisit old topics around learning, mentoring, education, travel, and long-term plans,’ says Tetiana. ‘This period can highlight mistakes, unrealistic expectations, and weak spots in your strategy. Try not to overestimate your bandwidth, overspend, or take on major new commitments – especially anything tied to courses, applications, or paperwork.’

Tetiana also advises we take time to reflect and tie off any loose threads this month. ‘On 19 March, the new moon in Pisces may bring lower energy, increased sensitivity, and a desire to withdraw,’ she explains. ‘Think of it as a moment of inner renewal – an ideal time to slow down, rest, clear space, and wrap up unfinished business. Only push forward where you actually have the energy to do so. Spiritual practices, meditation, self-reflection, and spending time in nature can be especially supportive.’

March comes to a close with the arrival of the Spring Equinox on 20 March. ‘This opens a new astrological year and sets the tone for the next 12 months,’ explains Tetiana. ‘The Sun enters Aries, and Mercury goes direct the same day. That makes this a high-energy turning point – great for closing out the old and launching what’s been waiting to begin. The next three months may feel more dynamic and action-oriented.’

Horoscopes: March 2026

Below, Tetiana shares her March 2026 horoscope predictions for each star sign:

Aries (21 March – 19 April)

Until March 20, the Sun moves through your 12th house, so this period is about closing chapters, pausing, and renewing. It can help to slow down, wrap up loose ends, step away from unnecessary noise, and prepare for a new phase. After March 20, at the spring equinox, the Sun enters your sign and begins a new personal cycle. You may feel more energised and inspired to act, express yourself, and finally start what you’ve been putting off.

Key date: 20 March – the start of a new cycle and your first steps forward.

Taurus (20 April – 20 May)

Your ruling planet, Venus, is in Aries, which can make you feel more active and courageous – even if it doesn’t show on the surface. The Sun moves through your symbolic 11th house, emphasising friends, networking, new connections, and future plans. Fresh ideas around long-term goals may come up, along with helpful social contacts.

Key date: 30 March – a sense of comfort and material balance.

Gemini (21 May – 20 June)

Mercury is retrograde for much of March, making this a good time to review, revisit old topics, and rethink decisions. The Sun highlights your 10th house, putting your career, goals, and professional direction in focus. You may return to previous projects or have conversations that support your growth.

Key date: 24 March – important conversations, information, and contacts.

Cancer (21 June – 22 July)

The Sun moves through your 9th house, so March is about expanding your perspective and rethinking your direction. You may feel called to set new goals, build a long-term strategy, invest in education, or share what you know with others. This is a favorable period for mentoring, public visibility, and big-picture themes. Long-distance travel – or thoughts of a change of scenery – may also come up.

Key date: 18 March – intuition is heightened, and dreams can be revealing.

Leo (23 July – 22 August)

This month, your ruling planet, the Sun, enters Aries, opening a new astrological year at the Spring Equinox. For you, this can feel like a reset – internally and externally. You may feel a growing desire to take action in new ways and reassess your goals, confidence, and sense of purpose. You’re ready to begin a new cycle and break free from old limitations.

Key date: 21 March – renewal, momentum, and the start of a new personal cycle.

Virgo (23 August – 22 September)

The Full Moon in Virgo brings relationships and partnerships into sharper focus. Important conversations, decisions, and updates to agreements – or how you collaborate – may be on the table. This Moon asks for balance: listening to the other side, staying grounded, and being willing to compromise, even if it takes extra patience.

Key date: 3 March – key relationship developments and lessons around balance.

Libra (23 September – 22 October)

With Venus in Aries, you may feel more energised and motivated – especially around work, health, and daily life. The Sun moves through your 6th house, emphasising routine, discipline, and self-care. This is a supportive time for planning, organising, and finding a healthier balance between responsibilities and personal needs.

Key date: 5 March – relationships, harmony, and aesthetics.

Scorpio (23 October – 21 November)

The Sun moves through your 5th house, making this a favorable month for creativity, hobbies, and pleasure. Do what lights you up, lean into romance, and recharge emotionally. Prioritising self-expression and joy can boost your confidence and bring more color to your life.

Key date: 7 March – heightened emotions and a chance to go deeper into your feelings.

Sagittarius (22 November – 21 December)

Jupiter is coming out of retrograde, so the first part of the month is best for wrapping up unfinished business and analysing the past. The second half of March brings more momentum – fresh starts, progress, and tangible results. Use what you’ve learned to plan your next steps and move forward with confidence.

Key date: 116 March – results and a fresh start.

Capricorn (22 December – 20 January)

The Sun moves through your symbolic 3rd house, highlighting communication, short trips, and day-to-day connections. This is a strong time for learning, meeting new people, and exchanging ideas. Stay open to change, try something new, and engage actively with the people around you so you can get the most out of your conversations and experiences.

Key date: 12 March – career developments and important events.

Aquarius (21 January – 18 February)

With the Sun moving through your symbolic 2nd house, the focus changes to finances, resources, and self-worth. You may see extra income — or spend more on things that feel useful or uplifting. Plan your budget, reassess what you value, and make conscious money decisions.

Key date: 14 March – financial insights and practical next steps.

Pisces (19 February – 20 March)

The Sun is in Pisces, spotlighting your identity, image, and self-expression. Until March 20, focus on sharing your ideas, showing your strengths, and moving toward what you truly want. This is a supportive period for confidence, visibility, and beginning a new personal cycle.

Key date: 19 March – closure and a new beginning.
