Here's where the Spider-Man co-stars own homes
This summer is the summer of the Tom Holland and Zendaya double-bill. Co-starring in The Odyssey and Spider Man: Brand New Day, the husband and wife duo have officially taken their thrones as the king and queen of Hollywood. Where most would balk at the prospect of working with their better half day in and day out, the arrangement seems to be a dream come true for the pair. As Zendaya gushed to Elle: ‘I get to go to work every day with my best friend, the person that I love. We bring our dogs to work; it’s like a family affair.’
After much speculation, the pair have finally confirmed that they did in fact tie the knot earlier this year. While it seems the loved-up couple will continue to keep details of the big day tightly under wraps, we do have the lowdown on their marital home. Want to know where Tom Holland and Zendaya live? Here’s your ultimate guide to the power couple’s property profile.

Richmond, London
Having grown-up in Kingston-upon-Thames, Tom Holland has continued to remain loyal to his south-west London roots nearly 30 years on. Having never bought-up a permanent home across the pond, London remains his primary base to this day. In 2018, the Spider-Man star purchased a four-bedroom semi-detached Victorian townhouse in Richmond for around £2.5m. Undertaking a major two-year renovation, completed around 2022-23, Zendaya moved in shortly after. Now estimated to be worth £4.5m, planning records show that the home includes a gym, movie theatre, entertaining space and ‘man cave’.
Northridge, California
While Tom Holland may have been in the biz for longer (his stint in the West End production of Billy Elliot at age 12 just beating Zendaya’s professional debut on Disney’s Shake It Up by two years), it is his partner who boasts the more dazzling property portfolio. Having grown-up in Oakland, California, Zendaya purchased her first property in 2017 when she was just 20 years old. Bought for a rumoured $1.4m the Mediterranean-style home in Northridge, California features five bedrooms, a ‘Cinderella spiral staircase’, a pool and spa. It’s unclear from public records whether the Euphoria star has sold the home or still holds it in her portfolio.
Encino, California
Zendaya’s second big purchase came in late 2019 when she bought up a 3.72 acre, ranch-style estate in San Fernando Valley. Spanning 5,100 sqft, the $3.97m home is said to boast six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a detached guesthouse, a pool and private balcony. Zendaya briefly listed the home as a luxury rental for $12,900 per month before pulling it off the market; she is still believed to own the property today.

Brooklyn, New York
Expanding to the East Coast in 2020, Zendaya purchased a $4.9 million condo at Quay Tower in Brooklyn Heights – a waterfront building designed by ODA New York and Marmol Radziner. Accessed via a private elevator, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence spans roughly 2,050 sqft with floor-to-ceiling windows. Residents of the tower gain access to a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness centre, rooftop terraces, music room, pet wash, and direct access to Brooklyn Bridge Park. While busy filming and working in Los Angeles, Zendaya has reportedly rented out the condo in the past for around $16,000 a month.
West Hills, California
Looking to repay her dad for his continual support, in October 2022 the Dune star purchased a five-bedroom home in West Hills, California – and gifted it to her father Kazembe Ajamu Coleman.
Hollywood Hills, California
Said to be the centrepiece of her portfolio, the Emmy-winning actress purchased this midcentury modern ranch for $6.5m from fellow Disney star Ashley Tisdale in 2024. Fully renovated, the 4,000 sqft home includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Japanese-inspired gardens and a kidney-shaped swimming pool. It seems, however, that this was not enough for the Challengers star. In February 2026 she expanded the hillside site to 0.6 acres, by buying up the home next-door. Described in the listing as a ‘diamond in the rough’, the $2m rustic-style property includes just four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is said to be undergoing renovations.
