Ben Jupp

Ben Jupp is the head chef at the Cowdray Estate, where he has developed recipes since 2010. He trained at South Downs College and his career has been spent cooking at prestigious venues and homes such as Buckingham Palace and the Kennels at Goodwood. He enjoys experimenting with unusual ingredient combinations in recipes, and his recent publication Seasons: A Taste of Cowdray compiles the best recipes from the café and farm shop.
