What to see, do and eat in Chelsea this festive season
London is a wonderful place to visit come Christmas time, but on your next trip to the capital make sure you stop by Chelsea to witness some Yuletide magic in action and a visit to Father Christmas himself at the Chelsea Christmas Grotto. Every year, the streets are decked out in glittering lights, interactive festive displays and bustling food markets (don’t be surprised if you’re lured in by the delicious smells alone) – and this year, there’s more to see than ever. Read on to find out what you can do in Chelsea this Christmas.
Many of the events taking place this year are in support of the Kensington + Chelsea Foundation Winter Crisis Appeal, which helps those struggling with fuel bills this winter as well as multiple grass roots charities that provide support for vulnerable and disadvantaged members of the local community.
