Two London icons team up for the second year running
Around this time of year, parents all over the UK start panicking that they haven’t yet booked anything for the festive period to keep the kids happy. But it’s not too late to book your slot at one of London’s best Christmas grottoes, in fact, tickets only go on sale today. The Ritz London is set to host the exclusive Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto for the second year in a row. Here’s everything you need to know…

When?
The Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto will take place from Wednesday 6th to Sunday 10th December 2023, inclusive, from 8am to 8pm.
Where?
The Ritz, London. (Obviously.) Full address: The Ritz, 150 Piccadilly, St. James’s, London, W1J 9BR.
The event will take place in the hotel’s stunning Deluxe Suite.

The event is in collaboration with Great Ormond Street Hospital, and The Ritz London, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, and Hamleys are offering exclusive Santa sessions every day for children who have been under the care of GOSH.
What?
The event will feature Father Christmas and his Hamleys’ elves training the official elf class of 2023 to make Christmas memories that last a lifetime. On arrival at The Ritz, guests will be greeted by one of Hamleys’ Elves. They will then be escorted by a Ritz Page through the hotel to the Christmas Grotto. The journey continues with Father Christmas’ delicious hot chocolate. This year’s theme of ‘A New Journey Through Christmas’ will take place over two thematic rooms, where children will have the chance to talk about all things Christmas with their House Elf, and take part in jolly Elf fun and games, ahead of their meeting with Father Christmas. Every child will depart with a Hamleys gift.

The Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto is strictly by appointment only for the 30-minute experience. Tickets are priced at £250 for three people, inclusive of at least one adult. Additional adults or children, up to a maximum of six people per ticket, are priced at £75 per person.
