Kings Cross Christmas Market

Kings Cross Christmas Markets

2–18 December

The Kings Cross Christmas markets are back for another year, with a range of exciting, unique themes on the cards, from festive crafts to pan-Asian goodies, plant-based joy to Mexican fun. Nearby, there’s also the cool Club Curling to try out your winter sports skills.

Battersea Power Station’s Festive Food Market

18 November–8 January. Open Wednesday–Sunday, 11 am–9 pm.

Head to the brand spanking new Battersea Power Station for a plethora of shopping destinations, festive activities, and the new-for-2022 Festive Food Market spilling across the River Walk and Coaling Jetty. Think cheesy smash burgers from Manna, chapatta flavours from Hero, and freshly made dumplings from Journey to the West tucked under wooden huts with festive foliage and strings of glowing lights.

Christmas in Kingston

Kingston Christmas Market

10 November–24 December

Kingston’s anticipated Christmas market returns for another year. Only a 28-minute trip from Waterloo, this European style market features a curated selection of independent makers selling seasonal food and other Christmas treats while festive live music plays on.

Greenwich Peninsula

Every weekend from 4–19 December

Greenwich Peninsula – home of the O2 – is being transformed into an Enchanted Forest this festive season, featuring everything from winter craft workshops to classic film screenings (think Elf, Home Alone, Frozen and It’s a Wonderful Life), intimate jazz gigs to a Christmas rock concert. This is all alongside Christmas market favourites such as warming mulled wine, season street food, festive cocktails and delicious churros.

Ballerina at Covent Garden Christmas Market

Christmas in Covent Garden

Until 3 January 2023

Christmas in Covent Garden has commenced, with a diverse and packed schedule that promises something for everyone. There’s a new-for-2022 festive sleigh, daily snow showers, and exclusive pop-ups to enjoy alongside the classic various food markets.

London’s Farmers’ Markets

For a British festive feast this Christmas, head down to one of London’s Farmers Markets. These markets have been going since 1999 and certainly do not disappoint. Whether you’re looking for Oak Smoked Cheddar & Double Devonshire, Hazelnut & Orange stuffing or Mulled Cider, there is something for everyone here.
