He already has 58 eateries dotted around the globe, but Gordon Ramsay isn’t stopping just yet. In February 2025, the world-famous chef will open his biggest restaurant project yet, with five new culinary concepts set to launch at 22 Bishopsgate – London’s tallest building.

On level 60 of the venue, a new branch of Lucky Cat will be opening, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ Asian-inspired venture, which already has outposts in Mayfair, Manchester and Miami. This will become London’s highest restaurant, offering unparalleled views of the capital, and complete with a roof terrace for late-night cocktails.

Elsewhere on this floor, there will be a 14-seat chef’s table experience from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the esteemed Chelsea restaurant which has held onto its three Michelin stars for 22 years.

Just below, on level 59, there will be a new branch of all-day dining restaurant Bread Street Bar & Kitchen, where you’ll be able to enjoy the signature roasts, grills and salads, alongside a brand-new afternoon tea offering. And finally, 22 Bishopsgate will welcome a cookery school, The Gordon Ramsay Academy, where budding chefs will be able to learn everything from mixology to pasta-making.

Speaking about the news, Ramsay said: ‘This is more than just a new opening, it’s a significant milestone for our business. We’re not only launching the highest culinary experiences in London, but also creating a vibrant culinary hub at the incredible 22 Bishopsgate.’

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is one of the largest privately-owned restaurant groups in the country, with 24 venues in the UK alone, plus a vast number in North America. This encompasses a range of different concepts offering everything from fine dining to casual eats, serving pizza, steak, Pan-Asian cuisine and much more.
