Stateside-inspired feasts for 29 November

Thanksgiving, the traditional American holiday celebrated annually on the fourth Thursday of November, is a celebration of togetherness. But it’s also one of the only days in the calendar where it is socially acceptable to loosen your belt at the dinner table, ignore your step count and gorge on more than one dessert. Although festivities are particularly big in America, you can get involved here in London too, as a whole host of the capital’s restaurants serve up special feasts for the occasion. Taking inspiration from America’s most beloved Thanksgiving dishes, from warming squash soups all the way to pumpkin pies, here is a round up of where you can celebrate Thanksgiving in London this year.
