St James Preparatory School Announces New Scholarships

St James Preparatory School in West Kensington is offering new scholarships for 2024-25 entry.

What are the scholarships for?

There will be three scholarships in Creative Arts, Sports and Academics, available for pupils in Year 3 who show potential in those areas.

External and internal pupils can apply, each will be covering 25% of fees from September 2024-25.

When is the deadline for applications?

The deadline for applications is Monday 1st January 2024. Assessments will take place on Monday 15th January 2024.

Are there any requirements?

If applying for the Academic Scholarship you will sit an assessment in English and Maths. As well as be interviewed by the school’s Headmistress or a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Applicants for the Sports Scholarship should be involved in competitive sports at school or at club level.

Applicants for the Creative Arts Scholarship should be able to demonstrate talent in Music, Performing Arts or Visual Arts.

What can scholars expect?

Headmistress, Hilary Wyatt, said: ‘Our education is unique and we are looking for exceptional individuals to apply. Our Scholars will be expected to participate actively in school life, acting as St James ambassadors.’
