Head Teacher’s Philosophy

Dr Ramsey believes that the academic and pastoral sides of school life operate in tandem.  She wants to see pupils grow as independent and sophisticated thinkers and learners, but also sees a key role for the school in supporting each student’s personal development. Girls at Godolphin are thus both challenged and supported, and are encouraged to discover their own passions and interests in the classroom and beyond.
