I guess our invite was lost in the post right? After a tremendous Burberry show at the new venue of Makers House, the key fashion players headed to the London EDITION hotel for an evening of celebrations, fashion and style.
Guests included the worldwide fashion industry including Christine Centenera of Vogue Australia, Derek Blasberg of CNN style and the star of the recent documentary ‘Absolutely Fashion’ Alexandra Shulman.
The usual fashion party-goers Alexa Chung, Olivia Palermo and Sofia Sanchez de Betak were also at last night’s event, rubbing shoulders with editors, designers and influencers alike.
Jason Atherton’s The Berner’s Tavern catered to the guests and made for a picturesque scene for the annual event.
The founder and editor in chief of The Business of Fashion, Imran Amed marked the occasion with this show-stopping party in the middle of ‘fashion month’ before the insiders head off to Milan for the next round of S/S’ 17 shows.
“This is now the fourth year we have celebrated the BoF 500 and each year I’m amazed by the incredible energy in the room when you have so many people who are so talented from all over the world,” said Amed in his speech to guests, reports the Business of Fashion.
Country & Town House‘s own Martha Ward was at the event, and is photographed above with Caroline Issa, the editor and founder of Tank Magazine. While Kate Moss and Alexandra Shulman catch up after the ‘Absolutely Fashion’ documentary aired. Moss briefly appeared in the first episode.
