Ned’s Barbershop

Is this perhaps the coolest barbers in London? Maybe. Part of hotel and members’ club The Ned, Ned’s Barber Shop sits in the former Midland Bank building in Bank, and looks like it came straight from the 1920s – think green leather chairs, golden glass lamps and elegant, black and white tile floors. See if you can make it past the gorgeous interiors to your seat, where the team will expertly whizz up haircuts, facials and traditional wet shaves that will leave you feeling like a new man.

The barbers was founded back in 2012, brought to life after its founders felt frustrated with the lack of good customer service at other shops. As you can imagine, the Ruffians team pride themselves on creating an excellent atmosphere for visitors (its flagship received the Best Customer Experience award just eight months after opening). Expect an in-depth consultation with a stylist and drinks from a bespoke coffee and whisky bar, before settling in for a fantastic trim.
