FaceGym, the UK’s only gym studio for the face (and firm favourite amongst the fashion set since 2014), has opened at Neville Hair & Beauty in Belgravia.

So if you haven’t tried the toning and tightening facial massage, now is the perfect time, as Neville H&B is offering you the chance to combine a cut, colour or blow-dry with the FaceGym experience for a double hair and beauty boost.

So what is FaceGym?

In case you’re not familiar, FaceGym is a non-invasive facial workout, which aims to lift and tighten the appearance of your face by working on muscle tone.

We have over 40 muscles in our face, and the signature FaceGym treatments use vigorous knuckling and stroking movements to stimulate blood circulation and boost collagen production and cell renewal.

This can be combined with complementary non-invasive treatments from electrical muscle stimulation, cryotherapy to radio frequency for greater effect.

Why Neville Hair & Beauty?

If you’re popping to Neville Hair & Beauty in Belgravia for your signature cut and colour treatment (or mani/pedi appointment), you can now combine your regular beauty schedule with a facial boost.

The beauty destination is offering clients the chance to combine their appointment with a FaceGym workout. So while you’re waiting for your colour to take, or your polish to dry, lie back and give FaceGym a whirl.

Does it work?

In a word: yes. After your first treatment you’ll notice your skin looks and feels noticeably tighter and your facial muscles will feel more toned. It’s a mini facelift without any needles of invasive procedures.

The treatment itself is comfortable (if not the most relaxing facial you’ll ever experience), pain-free and invigorating. We’d recommend booking in for a morning appointment. It’s also a great treatment to have the day of a big party or event for an instant boost.

You can buy the electrical muscle stimulator (FaceGym Pro, £399) to give yourself a boost at home (our therapist recommended three times a week for the first few weeks and then once a week to keep up noticeable results).

Some clients prefer to book regular in-salon appointments to keep their face looking toned and radiant. Which sounds like a good excuse for a weekly blow-dry and facial treatment, no?
