Silverstone’s F1 British Grand Prix: Food & Drink Guide
Street Food
There’s an abundance of street food on offer at Silverstone: Mexican tacos, woodfired pizza, crepes, Korean bao buns, burgers, you name it. Vans serving an array of drinks are dotted around the circuit too, serving cocktails, fizz and more.
Octane Terrace
For a more formal dining experience, you’ll need hospitality tickets to access The Octane Terrace – the culinary hub of Silverstone, which overlooks the inside track at the fastest part of the circuit. An impressive line-up of chefs are primed to cook at this year’s F1: Angela Hartnett, executive chef of London favourite Murano, Andrew Wong of the eponymous A.Wong and Tommy Banks, who owns the esteemed Black Swan in Oldstead. They’ll be joined by Kirk Haworth, Great British Menu finalist and founder of the UK’s first vegan Michelin-starred restaurant Plates in Shoreditch. Guests will be able to watch the chefs in action as they put the finishing touches on their dishes.
The Octane Terrace is an all-inclusive package which includes a variety of food from the aforementioned chefs through breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks (with the exact menus yet to be announced). Plenty of drinks are available in the Octane Terrace too, including beer, wine, prosecco and coffee. £2,575 for two days access, silverstone.co.uk
Escapade Silverstone
Opened in spring 2025, Escapade is a hotel situated on the edge of the Silverstone Circuit. It’s home to a restaurant and bar where you can dine while soaking up unparalleled views of the track, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner – plus a Sunday roast. The menu focuses on classic British fare: begin with small plates of heirloom tomato and buffalo mozzarella, ahead of large plates such as corn-fed chicken supreme and lemon ricotta pappardelle. On a sunny day, be sure to head to the rooftop terrace, which serves drinks like the Orange & Rosemary Spritz, made with Aperol, orange bitters, champagne and soda.

Located just 10 minutes from the circuit, it serves small plates, soft shell tacos, steaks, grills and fish and chips, with a carvery on offer on Sundays.
