The Nutcracker Noir: All The Christmas 2025 Details

There’s nothing quite like immersive theatre accompanied by a delicious three-course dinner. Add Christmas into the mix, and you have a very special evening out. This concept has been impressing Londoners and city visitors alike in recent years, and with the 2025 festive season comes a brand new show to snap up tickets for: The Nutcracker Noir.

Expect a wild, whimsical, dreamlike world, spread across five interactive spaces filled with captivating performances by a world-class company and hidden surprises, culminating with the grand finale in a spectacular theatre. Already confirmed to star in the production are Jairus McClanahan and Patrick Wilden, fresh off the West End in Hamilton and Cabaret respectively. They will be joined by Anita Nicole (The Rings of Power), Chris Howell (Punchdrunk), Jessica Alonso (Art of Dying), Shoko Ito (Wicked), David Michael Johnson (The Bodyguard), Alex Codd (Rehab the Musical), Phoebe Coray (Cinderella) and more.

With the festive season in full swing, there will naturally also be mischievous elves around every corner, as well as festive bodegas and even a passage to the North Pole. The whole affair has been adapted and directed by immersive pioneer Richard Crawford, choreographed by Gary Lloyd (Thriller Live, Heathers) and co-produced by DesignScene founder Atilla Keskin.

As the experience unfolds, guests will take their seats to enjoy a three-course feast inspired by the action, created by immersive dining specialist Jenny McNeill, who has previously worked with Feast & Fable, Gingerline and Fat Duck.

What Is The Nutcracker Noir About?

Across five rooms, The Nutcracker Noir traces a captivating plot inspired by Tchaikovsky’s iconic 1892 ballet. We will be introduced to Clara (Anita Nicole), an orphan on a mission to find her long-lost father in a fantastical world. Along the way, she unexpectedly ends up directing her own otherworldly version of The Nutcracker in a desperate bid to save her father’s theatre.

This Nutcracker performance is the grand finale, taking over the venue’s spectacularly grand theatre. And it is here that guests will tuck into a feast (for all senses).
