Here's what to expect at Fulham Pier Hotel

Home to the newly zhuzhed Craven Cottage, one of the city’s coolest new members’ clubs and a honeypot food market, Fulham Pier is shaping up to be London’s buzziest new destination. Perched beside Bishop’s Park right on the riverside with leafy views over to Putney and Barnes, the latest addition to the ambitious riverside development is Fulham Pier Hotel, one of the city’s hottest new hotel openings. Here’s what you need to know, plus when you’ll be able to check in.

Fulham Pier Hotel Is London’s Latest Luxury Address
If you’re a frequent London visitor without a permanent address, Fulham Pier Hotel needs to be on your radar. With just 13 rooms and an enviable riverside location in the heart of residential south west London, it’s set to offer a home-from-home haven for travellers looking for a taste of local living.
If you’re a fan of Fulham FC, all the better: Fulham Pier Hotel is part of the swanky new Fulham Pier development. Six years in the making, this ambitious project has transformed the area around Craven Cottage – London’s oldest football stadium – into a unique destination oozing sophistication.

Hidden in Fulham Pier atop a new food destination putting a dose of glam in the city’s popular markets, Fulham Pier Hotel will be home to eight River Rooms, four Junior Suites and the Owner’s Penthouse. Guests will have full access to Fulham Pier, which boasts a decadent array of dining experiences, from Adam Byatt’s new modern British restaurant Brasserie Constance to the 10 kitchens cooking up a storm in the Riverside Market to Philli Armitage-Matin’s menus in Lighthouse Social.
This is one of Fulham Pier Hotel’s most enviable offerings: exclusive access to creative new members’ club Lighthouse Social, which boasts a neighbourhood vibe and a design brief masterminded by Jamie Caring – one of the most influential voices in new club development. Head of membership Emily Biggs describes members as ‘people with much to say and nothing to prove’, describing the three-floor club (that’s 10,000 sqft of indoor space and 2,000 sqft of outdoor space) as ‘a warm, vibrant space to create and cultivate in’.
The final cherry on top of this indulgent cake is the luxury spa and wellness club set to open in 2026. Think river-facing views, a menu of treatments, a cafe, gym, sauna and classes across five floors, all topped off by a 15m long heated rooftop infinity pool.

Inside The Hotel
With just 13 rooms, Fulham Pier Hotel will feel like a private residence. And some of the suites are large enough to be a private residence, especially the Owner’s Penthouse which is complete with a rooftop terrace with heated pergola and al fresco kitchen and bar area.
The remaining 12 rooms all blend thoughtful details (including Diptyque products), natural soft furnishings and tactile finishes with a contemporary, relaxing spirit. Soothing materials include natural stone, warm wood tones and polished metals, while four soothing colour palettes draw inspiration from the Thames lapping on the shore right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows of the eight River Rooms and just over the private balconies of the four Junior Suites.

An intimate hotel with expansive views around every corner, guests will be welcome to roam the whole Fulham Pier development with access to immersive events, rotating art installations, a year-round cultural programme and those tasty food options.
This pocket of south west London is where city and nature meet. If you can pull yourself away from the Fulham Pier development and everything it has to offer, the hotel is ideally located to access some of the city’s chicest spots, whether that’s strolls in the historic Bishop’s Park next door, shopping on Fulham Road and the nearby King’s Road, or slightly longer journeys into Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and the rest of the city. The likes of Harrods, the Royal Albert Hall and the V&A are just a 15 minute journey away. Hop on the train at Putney for easy access to Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and Hampton Court Palace.
