Inside The Corfu Estate Where Madonna Spent Her 68th Birthday, Now For Sale

Take a look inside
As a self-proclaimed ‘Material Girl’, it’s only natural that Madonna should have a retinue of mega-mansions in her arsenal.
There’s her 13-bedroom, three-townhouses-turned-into-one home on the Upper East Side, purchased in 2009 for somewhere between $32m and $40m. Then there’s her 10-bedroom Georgian mansion at 51 Great Cumberland Place in Marylebone, which she bought with director Guy Ritchie back in 2000 (to replace their Kensington mews home), before she added on the house next-door for another £6m or so in 2007.
In 2017, she then bought-up her 18th-century Moorish Revival mansion (named Quinta do Relógio) in Sintra near Lisbon. And most recently, she added Angelina Jolie’s former LA estate to her portfolio, for a cool $24.75m.
But even when you have four properties to your name, big birthdays require a shake-up. This summer she swapped out her Lisbon home for a Corfu party pad, inviting all her nearest and dearest out for her 68th (can you believe it?) birthday bash last summer. And now that very same home is on the market for an undisclosed sum – take a look inside Esperos Estate.
Inside Madonna’s Corfu Home
Madonna celebrated her 68th birthday on 16 August 2026 with a lavish Greek getaway, joined by her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, five of her six children (Lourdes Leon, Rocco Ritchie, Mercy James, Stella, and Estere), and her close friends. Embracing the local culture, the birthday bash is said to have featured traditional Greek dancing, plate-breaking, a live local band, and an Italian children’s choir performance.

It’s easy to see why Madonna picked out Esperos Estate as her summer destination of choice. Secluded on Corfu’s western coast, the estate enjoys uninterrupted views across the Ionian Sea, and some spectacular Grecian sunsets. There’s no need to fear paparazzi here, with its direct access down to a secluded beach, private jetty and wooden sunbathing platform.
Landscaped gardens connect the different buildings, and if its 52,000 sqm of grounds sounds like an ambitious trek for a day under the hot Mediterranean sun, the vast estate can easily be explored by the on-site golf carts along its internal roads. Inside, Esperos Estate encompasses 1,050 sqm of living space across the main residence, independent guest bungalows, guest house, beachfront accommodation, and dedicated staff quarters (who else is going to prepare your pre-dinner aperitif?).
Despite its secluded setting, the estate remains within easy reach of Corfu Town and the island’s international airport. But there’s no need to worry about arranging taxis back to town for party guests – with 15 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for friends to crash for the night. The central house includes a master suite and two en-suite guest bedrooms, while the three independent guest bungalows comprise four en-suite bedrooms, complemented by a separate two-bedroom guest house and a one-bedroom beachfront house. A four-bedroom staff house and separate housekeeper’s accommodation support the estate.
The main residence features expansive living and dining spaces, designed with entertaining in mind, alongside a private office, cinema room, a library and a professional kitchen, where you can hand over all culinary duties to your private chef. The perfect place to sit back and relax, the estate comes equipped with two heated swimming pools (one at 81 sqm), a private tennis court, a massage and wellness room, fully kitted-out gym, children’s playground and a yoga pavilion.
For the day, there’s around 242 sqm of covered pergolas providing shaded spaces for dining and relaxation. Come evening, there’s a sunset dining pavilion with a kitchen overlooking the sea – perfect for celebrating al fresco alongside your A-list mates.
