Chef Russell Ford has created a takeaway Thanksgiving supper for Marylebone locals to enjoy in their homes, available to pick up from the restaurant on the day. To start is a New England clam chowder with homemade corn bread, followed by Roast Caldecott farm bronze turkey with maple buttered sweet potatoes and creamed corn. Dessert is a pumpkin pie, finished with chocolate pastry and spiced cinnamon cream. The takeaway drinks offering, meanwhile, includes wine and bottled cocktails such as the Old Fashioned: Bulliet bourbon, Guinness reduction, cocoa bitters and malt syrup.
