There are set to be Jubilee celebrations aplenty at Claridge’s and to commemorate this beloved London landmark will be serving up five new coronation-inspired cocktails in both The Fumoir and Claridge’s Bar. And so, cue a throwback Jubilee cocktail in the form of the Windsor Rose, which was originally served at Claridge’s on the Queen’s Coronation Day in 1953.

Jubilee Cocktail Recipe: Windsor Rose

Claridge's Jubilee Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 45ml Belvedere Heritage
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Crème de Cassis
  • 15ml Antica Formula
  • 15ml Cranberry Juice
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again, then pour into a coupe.
  3. Garnish with a rose petal and add a couple of drops of rose essential oils.
