The Curriculum

A broad and balanced curriculum of traditional academic GCSE and A-level subjects is offered alongside vocational qualifications in the performing arts and dance.

Games & The Arts

Our facilities are outstanding and include a dance school, heated swimming pool, equestrian centre, sports hall, fitness suite, tennis courts, astro-turf and sports field. Music is part of the school’s daily rhythm and enhances events and celebrations throughout the year.

Pastoral Care

Staff are extremely supportive of students in their care. Teachers freely offer individual support outside the classroom to enable all our young people to fulfil their ambitions. The house system and small class sizes ensure every child is known well. Each student benefits from a personal tutor who liaises carefully with teaching, house and residential staff to ensure they are coping with their work and interacting happily with their peers.

Head Teacher’s Philosophy

We aim for our students to be nurtured as uniquely talented individuals, finding fulfilment through their learning and the development of their intellectual, creative, physical and emotional capabilities. Our students develop the moral integrity to become responsible global citizens, so that they may take their place in society with confidence.
