Entrance Procedure: Our usual entry points are at Green Shoots (2 ½ years+), Reception (4 years+) and Year 3 (7+) but we are happy to welcome children into all year groups if we have spaces. Once registered, your child will be invited to attend a taster morning and we also offer older children the opportunity of an assessment with us.

The Curriculum
No bar is set as a level for attainment at Reigate St Mary’s. Instead, every child is supported and encouraged to reach their full potential and challenge is embedded into the curriculum for all abilities.
Games & The Arts
Sports teams enjoy significant success in regular fixtures. Music and Drama productions are of the highest standard and the children perform in a wide range of musical concerts and festivals. As a choral school, our choristers regularly sing at a variety of high profile venues in London as well as singing weekly choral evensong.
Pastoral Care
There is a strong community focus within the school and children are happy to play and support each other across the age ranges. Staff take their pastoral responsibilities very seriously and the school operates an ‘open door’ approach, which supports our ethos of working in partnership with parents. Our traditional House system helps maintain the school’s family feel and offers additional pastoral support.
Recent Scholarships
Our year 6 children move on to Reigate Grammar School and other prominent senior schools, many with scholarships in academics, sport and the arts.

We are a junior school of Reigate Grammar School, a top co-educational school with which we share a focus on wellbeing and pastoral care. We were rated Excellent in all areas in our last ISI Inspection in 2016. The school is a welcoming and supportive community where children make wonderful memories and families feel a sense of belonging.
