London’s summer season isn’t just about boozy pub gardens and late night partying. There’s also plenty for fitness lovers to get excited about, from wellbeing festivals to al fresco classes and brunch clubs. Here we bring you all the wellness pop-ups to have on your radar for summer 2026.

Lululemon’s Wellness Brunch Club
Need an incentive to get your workout in? Book one of Lululemon’s rooftop brunch clubs, which see yoga and pilates classes taking place on the rooftop of Aqua Kyoto and Aqua Nueva in London. Soak up the views during yoga before sitting down to a Japanese-inspired brunch at Aqua Kyoto featuring sushi and signature mains like sea bream fillet and aubergine with sesame miso. Or opt for pilates, which is followed by a Spanish brunch at Aqua Nueva: think patatas bravas, lamb shoulder and pan-fried salmon.

Templeton Garden x Bodyism
Throughout the summer, Templeton Garden – part of the townhouse hotel in Kensington– is joining forces with luxury wellness group Bodyism on a programme of open-air movement. Every Saturday morning the garden will host classes led by Bodyism’s expert trainers, including yoga and pilates, followed by brunch at the hotel’s neighborhood restaurant, Pippin’s. Enjoy nourishing dishes like smoked salmon and poached eggs, buddha bowls with quinoa, feta and sweet potato alongside Bodyism’s signature post-workout shakes.

There’s nothing quite like blinking your eyes open to Hope the blue whale’s looming skeletal underbelly, and this encapsulates the idosyncrasy of Yoga at the Natural History Museum: the truly unique views. Guided by practitioners from London studio East of Eden, guests are invited to unroll their mat in the cavernous Hintze Hall, tune into their breath and release all of their tension with a stress relieving flow. There are both evening and morning sessions available, the latter including private access to one of the NHM’s galleries before the museum opens to the public.

Sanctum x Inhabit Moving Meditation Walk
Dutch-born wellness brand Sanctum is known for its euphoric mindful movement concept, which combines meditation, breathwork and exercise for an experience like no other. Try it for yourself this spring at the new weekly series from Inhabit Hotels. Each Tuesday, 90-minute sessions will take participants on a guided walking route through Queen’s Gardens, the walkways of Paddington Basin and the green surroundings of Little Venice – kitted out with headphones leading the session. Sound and music are used to support pacing, incorporating elements of breathwork, light physical activation and reflective pauses. Finish with a restorative smoothie or adaptogenic latte back at the hotel.

Sky Garden Yoga
Realign your chakras with a view at the Sky Garden, which has revived its weekend yoga sessions. Classes take place 36 storeys above the capital with sweeping vistas of the London skyline, with expert instructors guiding you through a series of rejuvenating flows. Afterwards, enjoy a matcha latte or Plenish shot – or stay a little longer to explore the luscious gardens and have brunch at Larch (class attendees will receive 10 percent off the bill).

Kensington Wellness Week
Kickstart your spring wellness regime in High Street Kensington, which is hosting a week-long event designed to spotlight its health and fitness venues. Free classes are taking place at Boxclever LDN, 1Rebel, Virgin Active and F45, while Rituals is offering complimentary hand and arm massages and Cass Art is hosting mindful art workshops. Guests can also book PT sessions in Holland Park, join daily wellness heritage talks at Kensington Palace, and take part in a 5km social run with Lululemon and Urban Greens (16 May).

Healf Experience
Dubbed the Coachella of wellbeing, Healf Experience is returning to London’s 180 Studios this June for two days of science, rituals and next-gen wellness experiences. It’s a chance to hear from world-leading experts like podcaster Andrew Huberman, skincare doctor Dr. Barbara Sturm, biochemist Dr. Rhonda Patrick and neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart, with conversations spanning health, creativity and culture.
