With occasional pop-ups in other London locations, this is a much-loved plant shop with a legion of fans. Cacti lovers are well-catered for, with leafy, vibrant and floral plants spilling from every shelf. @theplantwarehouse

With a focus on wellness, a range of lifestyle and spa products are also stocked from the likes of House Doctor and Aesop. Find also beautifully green homewares, from tumblers to plates to potholders.

Conservatory Archives

Three branches: Hackney (493-495 Hackney Road, Cambridge Heath, London E2 9ED), Lower Clapton (3-7 Lower Clapton Road, Lower Clapton, London E5 0NS) & Islington (3 Middleton Mews, London N7 9LT)

This North-East London favourite has three branches, all of which feel like stepping into a hidden oasis. High quality plants thrive in an urban space, with all three stores reimagining characterful and historic spaces; the Middleton Mews outpost, for example, was once a Victorian stable.
