Chelsea’s beloved al fresco screening of the Wimbledon finals and semi-finals will return in 2025. Donning the summer-sweet title ‘Strawberries & Screen’, visitors can enjoy live screenings from 11 to 13 July – one of the city’s biggest free screens. BYO picnic or grab some tasty treats from The Chelsea Grocer and its pop-up bar, or the Fine Food Market on Saturday. Better still, little ones can enjoy complimentary tennis lessons from midday to 5pm on the Saturday and Sunday, rackets provided.

Everyman On The Canal, King’s Cross
It wouldn’t be summer in London without racing down to Regent’s Canal and squeezing onto the steps to catch an al fresco movie. With the season’s films spanning Breakfast at Tiffany’s and The Parent Trap to Top Gun: Maverick and Encanto, Everyman’s now-iconic cinema on the canal will return from 30 June through to 17 August 2025, this year with a jazzy makeover created by Yinka Ilori. And what else falls within those dates? Wimbledon, of course. Presented by Rolex, Everyman on the Canal will screen all the unmissable matches live from the Wimbledon Tennis Championships from 3 to 16 July. Settle into the lawn loungers and beanbags and grab tasty snacks from the Everyman menu, while Sipsmith Gin & Tonics from the drinks trolley are the cherry on top of this quintessentially British experience.

Ham Yard Hotel’s delightful pop-up Wimbledon screen is back for 2025, broadcasting every day of the action from 30 June to 13 July. Partnering with London Essence, expect delightful drinks and strawberries and cream, or opt to indulge in afternoon tea. Keeping the peace, guests can tun into the live commentary with wireless headphones if they wish. For drinks only, tables are first come, first served – but booking can be made for both the Ladies and Gentlemen’s Singles and Doubles Finals (12 and 13 July), or if you want to tuck into The Wimbledon Picnic Afternoon Tea (from ÂŁ53pp).

Bluebird Chelsea’s summer of sports is here, screening each and every Wimbledon match from 30 June to 13 July on its huge outdoor terrace.
