Crystal Head Onyx Blood Orange Diablo
Ingredients
45ml Crystal Head Onyx
22.5ml Créme de Mure
15ml Blood Orange Juice
60ml Ginger Beer
Method
Add all ingredients to a collins glass with crushed ice and stir. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.

Slingsby Gooseberry Halloween Punch
Ingredients
1 Part Gooseberry Gin
1 Part Cloudy Apple Juice
½ Part Lime Juice
¼ Elderflower Cordial
Prosecco
Method
Mix and garnish with mint leaves, sliced cucumber and white grapes.

Metaxa Hot Sun Mug Recipe
Ingredients
Tin mug or a copper mule
4cl METAXA 12 Stars
Apple juice
Cinnamon stick and slice of apple to garnish
Method
Pour 4cl METAXA 12 Stars into a tin mug or a copper mule. Top up with hot apple juice, then garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of apple.

Chase Seville Marmalade Corpse Reviver No.2
Ingredients
25ml Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
25ml Countreau Liqueur
25ml Lillet Blanc
25ml Lemon Juice
(1 dash absinthe if you wish)
Method
- Add all ingredients with cubed ice into a cocktail shaker and shake until thoroughly combined and cooled.
- Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a fresh orange peel twist.

Santo Remedio’s Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Ingredients
50ml espresso
35ml Vivir Reposado tequila
15ml Cazcabel honey tequila
15ml agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice blend; cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg
In a shaker, combine espresso agave and tequila, add ice and the spice blend.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Dust with a bit more of the spice mix and serve.

40ml Oxley
15ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Grapefruit Pineapple Oleo *
15ml Fresh Lemon
15ml Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake, first without ice, then with.
Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
*In a sealable container, add peels of five grapefruits and the flesh of one pineapple. Crush the pineapple up with the back of a spoon and cover with caster sugar. Leave in a warm place for two days. Add 200ml of hot water and fine strain.

Ingredients
25ml CAMPARI
25ml Cinzano 1757 Rosso
25ml Pumpkin Spiced Gin
Cinnamon stick and slice of roast pumpkin to garnish
Method
Stir ingredients and garnish with a cinnamon stick and slice of roast pumpkin.

Aloha Vampire
Ingredients (serves 1)
30ml Aloha65
100ml of cranberry juice
Ice
Soda water
Method
Pour 30ml of Aloha 65 into each glass, followed by 100ml of Cranberry juice and a few ice cubes.
Top with soda water and serve.
