Lapicida x Anouska Hempel Winter collection

After showcasing the collection at Decorex earlier this year, the Lapicida and Anouska Hempel collection has launched just in time for Christmas. 

The collection captures all of the natural beauty of marble; with collectable items and perfect present ideas for the person who has everything.

Lapicida is one of the world’s leading international natural stone specialists. For over 25 years, they’ve been searching worldwide for the finest luxury natural stone. Everything from classic French limestone to fine Jerusalem stone, rare antique reclaimed stone to magnificent marble flooring and stone objects of desire.

As one of the world’s most celebrated designers, Anouska Hempel‘s work spans architecture, interior and furniture design, haute couture, fashion, garden and product design. As a hotelier, she has owned, designed and managed three award winning boutique hotels (Blakes London, Blakes Amsterdam, The Hempel) which showcase her signature style. Naturally, this collaboration merges together two interiors specialists for a 12-piece collection.

The ‘Anouska Hempel and Lapicida’ collection features hallmark pieces from Anouska Hempel. Each element is made in two rare marbles, purest crystalline ‘Thassos White’ and deepest ‘Infinity Black’. From obelisks to feature plates and bowls, these dramatic monochrome forms can stand alone or be grouped or layered as more pieces are added. Each piece comes beautifully packaged in Lapicida’s stylish signature box, making it the perfect gift.

We have been eyeing up the matching plate sets, from bread plates to mains; the stone obelisk and stone bowls. All items in the collection come in two marbles: thassos white and infinity black, which can be added to any kitchen interiors with ease.
