The Curriculum

A broad academic curriculum with a focus on achieving success for all students. Common Entrance in year 8; GCSEs, A-levels and BTECs on offer in the senior school. Excellent business school.

Games & the Arts

Solid sporting performance particularly in hockey (boys and girls) and netball. Football is played along with rugby for boys. Strong drama department for all age groups and a well-regarded art department.

Pastoral Care

Students are supported by all staff with boarding house staff particularly well – regarded. The pastoral deputy head ensures the welfare of all students and every student is well known and understood. An excellent teaching and learning centre assists those requiring learning support.

University Places

Oxbridge places offered most years, but the school prides itself on the variety of offers given which can range from medicine and law to languages, computer games design, fashion, business and entrepreneurship as well as degree level apprenticeships.
