It joined a slew of noteworthy countrycore outfits from the presenter, cementing her status as an absolute legend. If you loved her style and that fringed coat in particular, you’re in luck: it’s going on sale in aid of Comic Relief. Here’s how to get your paws on the most extra coat of all time.

Designed by Saint Laurent, Claudia Winkleman donned this floor-sweeping, black fringed coat in the penultimate episode of The Traitors series two, sending fans into a frenzy (and sparking hilarious comparisons to CBBC show of years passed, Raven).

If you want the coat for yourself, it’s time to place a bid on eBay: the coat is now up for auction, with all proceeds going to Comic Relief. You have until 7pm on Wednesday 20 March to register your bid – so be quick.

The swooshy coat was donated by Winkleman herself to raise money for Red Nose Day 2024, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Comic Relief. In other words, you can look chic, own a designer item and a piece of TV history, and do good for for the people who really need it at the same time. Win win.

If you miss out (sadly, there can only be one winner), eBay customers can donate to Comic Relief via the Give at Checkout button throughout March whenever they purchase an item. If you’re a seller, you can also opt to donate a percentage of net proceeds of your sale, anywhere from 10–100 percent.
