British fine jeweller Cece Fein Hughes has unveiled a new collection, titled ‘Lucky Star’, made up of six rings featuring hand-engraved symbols and precious star-set stones. Explore the meanings behind the rest of the collection here. Each ring can also be bespoke made with your choice of stone and engraving, so you can tailor it to your preferences.

Face Junkie
#5 Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum, £15, facejunkie.co.uk
Have you heard of slugging? The beauty trend is setting the internet alight, with many keen to try their hand at the ultra-moisturising technique. All of your questions about slugging can be answered here, but for now let’s focus on a key step of the process: creating a layer of moisture, which can then be locked in by an occlusive product like Vaseline. ‘I always reach for my Face Junkie hyaluronic acid serum,’ says Nicola Jones of skincare brand Face Junkie. ‘A good old-fashioned tub of Vaseline should finish the job.’ This vegan friendly product contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, which is a powerful natural hydration booster. On its own, it can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and replace lost water in the skin – but when paired with the slugging technique it can help lock in all that moisture on the surface of your skin, leaving it feeling plump and dewy.
